We kindly request that incoming patients (or their designated family members acting on their behalf) acknowledge receipt of the following communications from Nansy Care Services:

Failure to acknowledge these communications will result in us pausing the processing of your care request until confirmation is received.

For special care - developmental, this pertains to individuals with attention deficit/ hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism spectrum disorders, cerebral palsy, Fragile X syndrome, intellectual disability, language disorders, learning disorders, and Tourette syndrome. For special care - rehabilitative, helping a child, adult or older person to be as independent as possible in everyday activities and enables participation in education, work, recreation and meaningful life roles following an injury, surgery, disease or illness, or because their functioning has declined with age. IMPORTANT:

We request that when you avail of our care services, please provide food, face masks & gloves, changing areas, and accommodations for our care professionals. Ensure safe and conducive work environment for them.

For medical clearances of our care professionals, Nansy Care Services can accommodate these requests and shall bill the client accordingly.
